呼~ 赶不及了,手上的帖子来不及发,就要过年啦 :P
第一次做此造型的黄梨饼,耗时但看到成品就心满意足了 :)
原本是打算在上面弄个“井” ,最后还是放弃,两盘饼干做到来很夜了,年纪大了无法熬夜。。。
黄梨饼 (参考自 Jane's Corner)
- 250g 植物油(我用白兰他面包油)
- 2个 蛋
- 450g 面粉
- 2大匙 冰水
- 盐 适量
- 市售黄梨馅
做法:
- 面粉筛入大碗内,加入植物油。
- 用手指将油及粉搓匀至如面包糠状。
- 蛋轻轻打匀,加入冰水,然后倒入粉内,拌匀成硬分团,盖上湿布,放入冰箱约半小时。
- 那一部分面团擀开,用模具压出饼形,放入黄梨馅。
- 用剩余的饼皮切出细条作装饰,涂上蛋液。
- 烤箱预热160度,烤20-25分钟。
- 取出待凉,放在密封容器内。

我女儿要我做这样的造型,黄梨在外面的。不过我怕烘烤后黄梨会变干,就做包在里面的。

ReplyDelete原本也想弄黄梨馅在外头的凤梨酥但是怕会烤焦(第一次没有经验)所以全包着比较保险^^

i am also planning to make this, after Pai Ting Kong, got pineapple then i will make pineapple filling and make this nyonya pinapple tarts, hehehe..
