洋葱酱油鸡翼 Fried chicken wing with onions


其实我每天都有下厨做饭的,我家不是每天面包和蛋糕罢了,哈哈~
只是我很少记录在这里,多数上载在我的FB和个人专页,有兴趣的话可以去看看,若要加我为友的话也请注明是blog友,那我肯定accept滴^^

我觉得好好吃的菜肴,值得推荐的,我就勤劳地打字发布在这; 上次介绍的五香肉燥就是俘虏了我全家的料理,今天这个酱油鸡翼也是很美味,家人很喜欢,希望你也会喜欢 :)


洋葱酱油鸡翼 ( Yum Yum@ 77期)

3支鸡全腿,切块 (我用鸡翼)
2粒洋葱,去皮切丝
1条红辣椒,切丝

腌料:
1/2 小匙盐
1小匙生抽、麻油
1大匙粟粉

调味料:
3大匙甜酱油
2大匙番茄酱
50ml水

1. 鸡肉加入腌料腌30分钟。
2. 烧热油,把鸡肉煎至金黄,起锅。
3.  炒香洋葱,加入全部材料和调味料大火炒至干香,即可上碟。
