爱心炮制~巧克力奶油蛋糕
这是做给妹妹的生日礼物~
虽然卖相一般,但却是姐姐我满满的爱心炮制。
很浓郁巧克力香味,想不到简单的食材却能营造如此的口感^^
乱来的装饰~~~ =P
奶油涂抹得很薄,吃了也不负担~
《孟老师的美味蛋糕卷》
戚风蛋糕:
无糖可可粉 20g
热水 40g
蛋黄 60g (约3个)
细砂糖 50g
沙拉油 50g
鲜奶 30g
低筋粉 75g
蛋白 120g (约3个)
细砂糖 65g
* 一般7风做法。
鲜奶油:
植物性鲜奶油
无糖可可粉

那层浅巧克力色的鲜奶油~
是打发鲜奶油加巧克力粉吗??
