黑芝麻戚风杯



上一篇分享了特别为老爷父子两做的cheese cake,隔天就做了自己喜爱的清爽小蛋糕 ^^
那就天下太平啦,人人都有的吃,呵呵~
最近又进了一批纸杯,刚好派上用场。更赞的是,不必清洗模子,哈哈!
我身边的非烘焙者会觉得浪费,认为纸杯虽美但用了即丢,不实际喔。。。
我可不是这么想,所谓人要衣装,蛋糕也当然需要啦。装在美丽的纸杯里,美味也加分了~




我喜欢这样挖来吃 :)



黑芝麻戚风杯 (成品6个)

蛋黄2个、幼糖 10g、低筋面粉25g、黑芝麻粉25g、栗米油20g、鲜奶35ml
蛋白2个、幼糖 30g、塔塔粉一小搓

装饰: 杏仁粒

一般戚风做法。
我的烤箱: 180°c,20分钟

    1. 我之前也是买了不舍得用,就一直收着,结果太多没位子摆。。。
      偶尔要拿来用,这样才能不断进新货呀,咔咔~

  4. Everytime when I bake chiffon cake, I did it with my paper cups as I don't have the chiffon pan mah. But I only made 2 or 3 times so far. Thinking to make the chiffon cake again on this Easter holidays & take to friend's gathering! Think only, won't decide till last minute coz I'm not sure whether I will be lazy or not. It is a long holidays for us on Easter holidays, starting from Good Friday till Easter Monday!
